MINUTES OF WEST KY. CHAP. NRHS-July 23,2012

Min & treas. report approved.

OLD BUSINESS: Rich reported tentative date is 2Nd Friday in September for the Mayfield trip.

Brief discussion on the mall display which will substitute for our Xmas dinner. Nothing specific decided.

NEW BUSINESS: Bowling Green may start a new chapter-nothing definite so far. Just in discussion stage. We would probably approve if asked.

ACTIVITIES REPORT: Nothing new to report other than tentative Mayfield-Paducah trip.

DIRECTORS REPORT: Bart Jennings did excellent job at convention-arranging trips, etc. Wallace new title is now National Rep. and no longer director. Members were asked to pay in advance for rides on excursions. Trips were on the Chinese 2-8-2. RVP’s are no more. Reported on trip on Iowa Interstate. Alaska scene of 2013 convention. Kansas City in 2014.

Keith reports he is doing much better and thanks all for their prayers and concerns.
