I (Bill Thomas) stumbled across this ex-C&O caboose near Natural Bridge State Resort Park while on a mission trip to Nada, KY, just 2 miles to the north. This Welcome Center ornament sits near the right of way of the old Lexington & Eastern which served parts of eastern Kentucky (full read in Sulzers’s Ghost Railroads of Kentucky)
