Minutes of July meeting approved.

Treasurer’s report read and approved.

Director’s Report: Wallace reports the new systems will go into effect from National next fall, 2012, one year from now.  In meantime the situation will be in transition.  More details at next summer’s convention in Cedar Rapids in June.  The Chinese 2-10-2 locomotive will run.

Old Business: The 8th of October is confirmed for our Crofton picnic at the Veterans Park in Crofton.  All are encouraged to come and bring a guest.  Steve had no updates on the archives.

New Business: No new business.

Next Meeting: Monday, September 26, 7pm.  Program by Tom Johnson.  Refreshments by Jim and Thomas Bryan – their famous fish fry.
