March 26 2012 Meeting Minutes

MINUTES: Approved of Feb. meeting.

TREASURES REPORT; Approved.

DIRECTORS REPORT; wallace had no report at this time. Will have in May.

OLD BUSINESS;Friday Night Live will be on June 8, July 6, Aug.10. Time starts at 6:30pm. Idea of having the depot put on National register has been dropped.

NEW BUSINESS; Oct. 6 is set for Crofton picnic. Motion approved for getting a banner for chapter to use at Fri. nite live & other functions, Cost $100.  Wallace gave report on the freight depot in Hopkinsville and we will tour it as part of program for May meeting. William Turner will give a history of it. This Will be the 3rd. Monday in May due to Memorial Day Holiday. Rich & Chuck are working on trip to Paducah and Mayfield. Mayfield facilities available on Fridays. Thomas will work with them on upcoming activities. Wallace states he should have directors report in May.

NEXT MEETING: Monday April 23 at 7pm at the Center. Program and refreshments by Tom Johnson.
