- Minutes of West Kentucky Chapter NRHS for 18 March, 2013
- MINUTES: Approved of the Feb meeting.
- TREASURER’S REPORT: Approved.
- OLD BUSINESS: Our hand-out cards approval pending-looks good. E-mail address probably needs to be on it. Motion made and approved to buy 2500 cards. Keith will check with Progress Rail and with Jim Futrell about our potential trips. Steve will check on gadget for scanning slides and if soft-ware needed and will report back next month.
- NEW BUSINESS: David Millen is having some health issues. Wally will send him a get well card {Done}. Matt will check into pamphlets or door-hangers.
- ACTIVITY REPORT: Our trip to Monterey, TN is scheduled for Oct. 12.$47 is cost. Deadline for tickets is in 6 weeks. Motion approved and next month meeting we can pay. Auction for the Princeton RR Museum will be on April 15. to sell items therein.
- DIRECTOR’S REPORT: Wallace had no report for this month. Will have one next meeting.
- NEXT MEETING: Monday 15 April, 2013 with Program by Wallace Henderson and (refreshments) by Danny Koeber.
